Terms and conditions
This is a translation. The German version is binding.
These terms apply to all transfers by innsbrucktransfer24.com that you book on our website, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Your contract partner is Yusuf Bilgin, Amraser Straße 128a/Top 2, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria (see imprint).
1. Booking and contract
When you send the booking form, you make us a binding offer for the transfer. You then get an email saying that your booking has arrived. This is not yet a confirmation.
The contract only comes into being when we confirm your booking by email. We check every booking personally. If we cannot do a trip, we tell you by email and you get any online payment back in full.
If there is no fixed price for your route, you send us a price request. We reply with a fixed price by email. If you accept it, the contract starts with our confirmation.
Please check the confirmation. If something is wrong, tell us straight away.
2. Prices
Our prices are fixed prices per vehicle and trip for the booked route, however many passengers travel. A STANDARD vehicle takes up to 4, a VAN up to 8 passengers. Larger groups book up to 2 VANs.
All prices are final prices in euros. No other costs are added. Luggage, ski and snowboard bags and child seats that you state when booking are included.
If you book the outbound and return trip together, you get the discount on the return trip that is shown when you book.
If you want to change something after booking (time, address, more passengers or luggage, an extra stop), please agree it with us first. If the change costs more, we tell you the new price before the trip.
3. Payment
You pay online when you book or to the driver on the day of the trip, in cash or by card.
Online payments go through the payment service Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Link, iDEAL, EPS or Bancontact. The amount is charged when you book. If we do not confirm the booking, you get it back in full.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time.
If you cancel later, we charge 50 % of the price.
If you do not show up for the pickup, the full price is due.
Please cancel by email to info@innsbrucktransfer24.com, easiest as a reply to your confirmation. What counts is the time your email reaches us.
If you paid online, you get the amount back to the same payment method, minus any cancellation fee.
For outbound and return trips, this applies to each trip on its own.
5. Pickup and waiting time
At the airport we follow your flight number. 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included. If your flight is delayed, we wait at no extra cost.
At all other pickups (hotel, train station, address) 15 minutes of waiting are included.
Please give us the correct flight number and a mobile number where we can reach you on the day of the trip.
If you are not there after the included waiting time and we cannot reach you, this counts as not showing up.
6. During the trip
Please state the number of passengers, the luggage and the child seats correctly when you book, so that we send the right vehicle.
If more passengers or more luggage come than booked and they do not fit safely in the vehicle, we cannot take them.
Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.
7. If we cannot drive
If events beyond our control prevent the trip (for example closed roads, severe weather or avalanche danger), we tell you straight away. If the trip does not take place, you get back everything you have already paid.
Traffic and weather can make a trip longer. Please allow enough time, especially for trips to the airport.
8. Liability
We are liable under the statutory rules. We are not liable for slight negligence; this does not apply to personal injury or to claims that the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. No right of withdrawal
For contracts on passenger transport there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online bookings (§ 1 (3) Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG). You can still cancel at any time under point 4.
10. Law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Mandatory rules that protect consumers remain unaffected.
If you are a business, the place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. For consumers the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
These terms exist in German, English and Dutch. If they differ, the German version applies.
