Privacy policy

This page explains which data we collect when you use our website and book with us, what we need it for and which rights you have. We only collect what we need for your transfer.

1. Who is responsible

Yusuf Bilgin, innsbrucktransfer24.com
Amraser Straße 128a/Top 2, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria
Email: info@innsbrucktransfer24.com

2. Visiting the website

Our website runs on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages to you and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page you open and your browser. These logs are deleted after a few days.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use no analytics or advertising services, no tracking and no social media plugins. Our website loads nothing from other servers, not even fonts.

3. Cookies

Our website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary security cookie to fend off attacks. On Stripe's payment page, Stripe's cookies and privacy policy apply.

4. Booking and price requests

When you book or ask for a price, we process your name, email address, mobile number, pickup and drop-off address, date and time, flight number, number of passengers, luggage and child seats, your message and the payment method you choose.

We need this data to plan and carry out your transfer and to stay in touch with you. Without it we cannot drive you. The legal basis is the contract with you or your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you book with us again, we see your earlier bookings so that we recognise you as a returning guest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in good service for returning guests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object to this at any time.

The data is stored in a Cloudflare database in the EU.

5. Online payment

Online payments go through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Dublin, Ireland). You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we do not see full card or account details, only whether and how much was paid. Depending on the payment method, PayPal, Apple, Google or your bank are also involved. Stripe also processes data itself, for example to prevent fraud; Stripe's privacy policy applies to this: stripe.com/privacy. The legal basis is the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Emails and WhatsApp

Our booking emails are sent on our behalf by the email service Brevo (based in the EU).

Our mailbox info@innsbrucktransfer24.com is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland).

If you write to us on WhatsApp or we contact you on WhatsApp on the day of the trip, WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) processes the messages. If you do not want to be contacted on WhatsApp, tell us and we will call or send a text message instead.

7. Drivers and partners

If a partner company drives your transfer, we give it the data it needs for the trip (name, mobile number, pickup, destination, time, flight number, passengers and luggage). The legal basis is the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where the law requires it, we pass data on to authorities, for example the tax office (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

8. Data outside the EU

Cloudflare, Google, Stripe and WhatsApp belong to groups based in the USA, so data can reach the USA. These companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the EU Commission has found an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR).

9. How long we keep data

We keep booking and invoice data for 7 years because Austrian tax law requires it (§ 132 Bundesabgabenordnung).

Price requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted 6 months after the request or the planned trip, whichever is later. We need them that long to answer questions about our offer. On request we delete them straight away.

Cloudflare's technical logs are deleted after a few days.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to us at info@innsbrucktransfer24.com.

If you think we do not handle your data correctly, you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at) or to the data protection authority in your own country.

We make no automated decisions and create no profiles.
